How long does it take to get my bag?

May 1-8th 2024 will be the last Order Week before we officially switch over to a Waitlist System. If you want to secure an early spot on our production list you can sign up for an email or text on the product page. 

Waitlist System: We will have open ordering with a posted lead time for production on the front page. Lead times will fluctuate based on orders in queue, design/color launches, and seasonality.  

Want to be the first to know? Sign up on the product page or newsletter to be first to be notified when a product comes back in stock.

This Year's Holiday Deadline will be announced Autumn 2024 and will highly depend on the current production schedule.

 

What is your return policy?

In a nutshell, you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to return it. It must be returned in original condition. Once we get the bag back, we’ll inspect it for wear and issue refunds accordingly. Send us an email if you have any questions, we’re here to help. Full details are on our Shipping/Returns page.

 

Do you do custom designs? Do you add pockets, zippers?

Unfortunately we do not. While we don’t offer custom designs; shoot us an email with your order number, if you need a longer strap on your bag. That is something we can definitely do!

 

How do I find out about new designs?

We post pretty regularly on Instagram and send out new designs and info through our newsletter. You can sign up at the bottom of our site.

 

Who makes your bags?

We do! With our own hands! Leanne is our designer and bag maker. We are so lucky to have her! 

 

Do you have sales or promotions for your leather goods?

We offer 15% off your first order (just sign up for our newsletter) and normally have an Anniversary sale once a year in August. If you don't get an email from signing up for our newsletter, check your spam folder. If it's not in there just send us an email and we'll help you out.

 

Where can I see your bags in person?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a storefront at this time and don’t sell in stores. If you have any questions about our bags we'd be happy to help. We do lots of videos and live streams so if you catch us there ask all your questions! We've been known to send videos or pictures through DMs for specific questions.
